I want to be a LOSER! My struggle to go from fat to thin…. Monthly Archives: May 2012. Let’s try this again…. May 30, 2012. Wow…I started my “journey” and then…well…I guess life happened and I stopped. Since I wrote last, I actually dropped 30 pounds and guess what? I gained it all back! So, I’m back at it. I really need some support, so I have enlisted some help from a health coach at Duke University. I haven’t had my first consultation yet, so I’ll see how that goes. I hate working out.

I want to be a LOSER! My struggle to go from fat to thin…. July 14, 2009. Okay, so this is my very first blog. I came to the decision last night that I have had it with being fat! I’ve made a commitment to make a lifestyle change. I don’t want to go on yet another diet. If I added up all the pounds I’ve lost over the years, I’d be supermodel skinny! I want to be a LOSER! My struggle to go from fat to thin…. June 13, 2012. I’m seriously considering going to the open casting for The Biggest Loser on July 14th in Raleigh. I don’t know…I guess it wouldn’t hurt to try. I’ll make that decision as it gets closer. I’m not afraid of going. I’m probably more afraid of being chosen to be on the show! Well, I haven’t eaten out at all today, which is good for me because we always eat out at luch at work. I went to the grocery store and got stuff to make sandwiches.
