Monday, February 15, 2010. I have decided that I want to try a dairy-free diet for the next month. Gulp. The main reason is that I have a suspicion that I have become lactose-intolerant. Tuesday, March 16, 2010. That really chaps my hide. Nathan and I were taking a nice stroll this evening to go get the mail. We looked at some dogs and had a jolly 'ol time on the way there. On the way back, not so much. There was an older man and woman strolling around calling out for "Braden." They walked next to and behind us and suddenly found him in an alleyway behind their house. The women then yelled at him to "get over here right now! Suffice it to say, that really chaps my hide!

Wednesday, September 9, 2009. Here is a quick little bit of practical motivation. Today, I added 8 minutes of the stairmaster. To my 45 minute cardio. Routine. What can 8 minutes do? Well, in 8 minutes I burn about 100 calories. I know that on my body, burning 800 calories equals about -1lb! By adding only 8 minutes to 4 of my work outs a week (and what's 53 minutes. Then every month I will lose and extra 2 lbs! So instead of losing 6 lbs this month I will lose 8! September 9, 2009 at 3:41 PM.
