Quirk: The future
http://quirkquack.blogspot.com/2008/07/future.html
Its good to be 'quirky'. Sunday, July 27, 2008. I've had a tremendous amount to think about lately. After returning to work from an amzing trip, I question what my next step should be. Where do I go now? Don't know yet. What to do? Not even a clue. When? My immediate and impulsive decision is to quit my job, pack up the family and move somewhere, anywhere but here. I'm trying to not be so impulsive though and wait for God's plan! We'll see where and when He sends us! Take me with you! Purpose Driven Life...

Quirk: August 2009
http://quirkquack.blogspot.com/2009_08_01_archive.html
Its good to be 'quirky'. Wednesday, August 5, 2009. I found myself commenting on everything. From how warm it felt in the room to "can't believe they won't take these perfectly good markers." The woman in charge (whose done this for the past 8 years and is a retired teacher) explained that the supplies need to be EXACTLY what is on the supply list otherwise they are labeled as "weird". I found this frustrating. Really? Really, does it matter what color they are? Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Quirk: Ever Wonder?
http://quirkquack.blogspot.com/2008/07/ever-wonder.html
Its good to be 'quirky'. Tuesday, July 1, 2008. I see many different types of people everyday, and for some reason, this thought JUST occurred to me. How will my hair be? Thin, gray, red? Did these older men and women think about what they'd look like when they got "old"? Its so interesting to just ponder the whole process of aging, and it can be somewhat sad! I hear the complaints, aching joints, sore muscles, memory issues, and on and on and on. I don't want to get old.but I do at the same time!

Quirk: August 2008
http://quirkquack.blogspot.com/2008_08_01_archive.html
Its good to be 'quirky'. Monday, August 11, 2008. And then the light bulb went off. But, it has been 4 weeks since I've been home and I'm still as on fire as when I got home! Through this workbook, I could have kept New York City lit with all the light bulbs that went off. I've mentioned in recent blogs how I feel the call to missions, but not sure what I'd do! God is going to take time to make sure that I'm ready for His plan or assignment. The author gives examples of David and how long it took for...

Quirk: Mountains vs. mole hills
http://quirkquack.blogspot.com/2009/05/mountains-vs-mole-hills.html
Its good to be 'quirky'. Thursday, May 7, 2009. Mountains vs. mole hills. Atleast one of my four kids have been sick since the beginning of this year. I don't know what to think about that. I'm dumbfounded. As a nurse, I think only two things.a virus or an infection. Wait it out or give them antibiotics. My brain is trying to comprehend having to do both for LONG periods of time! I feel defeated by sickness. It hit me hard when one of my patients came in and asked if they had done something to upset me w...

Quirk: I smell a rat?
http://quirkquack.blogspot.com/2009/05/i-smell-rat.html
Its good to be 'quirky'. Saturday, May 9, 2009. I smell a rat? So, I went grocery shopping today with Abby and Evan. They were such sweet babies in the store. Oh my goodness, the bananas! Evan had decided to rip open a banana and start chowing down. How could I be so oblivious! It was definitely a day to remember! Youve got a couple of sneaky kids :). June 15, 2009 at 12:06 PM. That would be funny watching youput that on the scale. Im guessing, as a boy, thats not the last food item hes going to sneak.

Quirk: Spaghetti and boxes.....
http://quirkquack.blogspot.com/2008/09/spaghetti-and-boxes.html
Its good to be 'quirky'. Tuesday, September 2, 2008. Boy what I'd give to be able to smear spaghetti all over my face and not have a care in the world! Or, better yet, to be content with nothing but a cardboard box. I'm struggling with a few thoughts in this head of mine. Whats up with the future? Why does doing good have to be so hard? Thats really profound. I think we all need better outlooks. September 26, 2008 at 7:26 AM. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Interesting.you be the judge-.
