Friday, January 13, 2012. My mom and dad treated us to a photo session in hopes of getting pictures as a Christmas present! We took the pictures at an old railroad station. Tucker had the BEST time! I think the photographer really captured his personality in the pictures and I was so happy she got sweet Ella Rene's blue blue eyes! We were so happy how the pictures turned out. Enjoy! Tuesday, April 12, 2011. Easter Egg Hunt and Family Room. My brother, sister-in-law, Lex, grandmother and aunt came to visit us in Alabama. oh how I loved getting to see them especially my little nephew! We had a little Easter egg hunt at our house and let me tell you this was Tucker's first Easter egg hunt and he just knew what to do! It was so fun to see him run to the eggs and put them in his basket. Lex had fun too and really loved it when his sweet momma opened an egg early to enjoy the bubbles.

Monday, July 11, 2011. I have had SOOOOOOOOOOO much fun sewing for Ella Rene. My new passion is heirloom sewing. I cannot get enough of lace, ribbons and ruffles! Here are some of the dresses I have made our little sweetie. I also made a blue sleep sack but forgot to take pictures of it. Only four more weeks until her due date. I can't wait! Sunday, March 27, 2011. I have had SO much fun decorating the kid's bathroom. It all started when I found a flat sheet at Walmart for $5. I used it to make the shower curtain and then added some rick rack at the bottom ($2.50). Total cost of shower curtain-$7.50. I used the scraps from the sheet to applique our towels that my momma got us. Cost-free! This painting is far from perfect but for the cost I am very satisfied! Total cost for painting-$9. Wednesday, April 11, 2012. What a special day it was to have Ella Rene Christened. Ella Rene is already such a bright light and I pray that she would shine so bright for our Lord. She is such a blessing to our family and it was a sweet day to make a covenant to the Lord to train her in His precious Word. This picture sums up Tucker during the service.
