But today i’m looking at it from the shore. Honking and laughing and offering cries for help. That no one can understand. We don’t speak the same language. These rocks have been here longer than we have,. But we still think we know more. Where did all the clouds go? Their work never gets canceled due to lightning. Because they hold still so well.

The Revenge of Harold Miner. December 11, 2016. December 16, 2016. My grandpa died 11 days ago and my neighbor died 3 days ago, i’m still trying to put together all the pieces. I’m trying to sell poetry to a bunch of teenagers tomorrow, someone pray for me. I stay up too late thinking about the differences between creative writing and english. maybe there isn’t a difference, maybe there was never supposed to be. You can do that on the bus ride home today. This poem made a lot more sense in the shower....
