Day Three - San Diego. San Diego as seen from Coronado. For dinner that night Alex arranged to take us up to the Homestyle Buffet restaurant, which did exactly what it said on the door and had a hundred or so dishes to choose from. All very tasty (Joan adored the coconut cream pie). Day Four - San Diego to Scottsdale.

You'll love it or hate it - just like Marmite. Sunday, 21 November 2010. Our little daughter is just over six months old now. It only feels like yesterday that I brought her home with Mrs. S from Scunthorpe Hospital to settle in. They have been filled with joy, laughter, worry, tears and intense learning. I'll admit here that I've found it more challenging than Mrs. S. She has taken to motherhood like a natural, has managed to keep the house going and keep me in check at the same time!
