Several meetings a year take place where issues are discussed and decisions made about the running of the hall. Notes are taken during the meeting and documented as minutes which are then agreed by the committee in the following meeting. In an effort to make the decision making of the Hall committee more open to the public, the minutes are listed below. The main hall is licensed for up to 200 people and boasts a large stage with professional stage-lighting. This is ideal for plays, concerts, discos and band performances. Special sound-absorbing panels have been installed to reduce echoes and provide for an optimum acoustic experience.
