On the way to the concert, we went through Newburgh and hit a detour, and instead of going through the detour sign and turning at the next sign (which is what Amber said to do), Laura went ahead and turned at the first sign. Then Laura kept saying, "I told you we should have went through Henderson". We ended up on gravel roads for like 30 minutes! We were laughing our butts off the whole time. Posted by Lauren Newman. Monday, October 11, 2010. Paul and I were so excited about taking Landon to St. Louis to see Thomas the Tank Engine, and Landon was just as excited to be there. He loved seeing Thomas and riding the train. Landon not only liked riding the "big train", but he also enjoyed playing with the other Thomas activities that were set up. Landon had a great time getting to see and ride on Thomas, and he hasn't stopped talking about it since. I just love to see my little man having a good time. A day in the life.
