Friday, May 15, 2009. The Maths Road Show. On Wednesday morning we went to the hall for the maths road show and we had lots of fun -By Ethan. Here I am playing with the blocks, you had to make as many different snakes as you could with the blocks - Ryan. I am making a shadow on the glass - George. We had to weigh the frogs on the lily pads and see how heavy they were, then we had to put them in order from heaviest to lightest and it spelt out a secret word which was FREDO. -Kayla. Yesterday the year 6's from rooms 7 and 8 came over to room 2 to do a puppet show for us and Tayla and I liked the Tinkerbelle story and Charlie and Ethan liked the story of the three little bears. (Myah, Tayla, Ethan and Charlie). We liked the Ugly Duckling show because Harrison’s brother (Fletcher) was reading the ugly duckling book. (Harrison, Ebon and George). We also heard the story of the Three Little Pigs, I really liked the houses. (George).
