Well like we thought, between 2-4pm, it would be begin and around 3pm in Leesburg we had our Thunder and Lightning rumbles for a few minutes. Skies were looking real ugly around 245pm or so near the Wegmans off Rt 7 as the road crews were waiting for it to kick in. The first photo is from the 0z GFS model on Jan 21 2011. As you can see it shows for KIAD (Dulles Airport) it has rain, snow and ice for this location.
