timbobig: Relocation, Relocation, Relocation?
http://timbobig.blogspot.com/2015/08/relocation-relocation-relocation.html
My personal diary of things that interest me, for those who know me, or would like to. Friday, 7 August 2015. Relocation, Relocation, Relocation? This concept pops up every couple of years, in my mind and (at least once) in my blog. Do I want to spend the rest of my life in this admittedly pleasant house in a not-so-pleasant town where I know a few people I rarely see and don’t get out much because there’s nowhere to get out to? So I really ought to relocate – but where? Last time, I did it geographically.

Life, photos but not the universe. Food and water. Fish. Looking over my shoulder – the family. This is a sticky post. Apparently this means it will stay at the top till I get bored and choose some new wallpaper. April 6, 2011. 22 Comments ». You must be having fun. I have sticky notes–they are NOT as pretty as yours….and I lose ’em constantly. Am having fun Mel : ). I have sticky notes too and I lose them (in safe places) before I ever get to use them! Could be the reason why I forget stuff a lot? Defin...

Archive for July, 2011. He went to a party in Brighton on Thursday evening, he had gone by the time I got home from work but he had promised to pack before he went. I couldn’t see any sign of any packing having been done. At least he would have time on Friday once he got home before going off again to another party in the afternoon. But he would have to finish packing in the evening. July 30, 2011 at 2:32 am. Perhaps I am just plain weird. I really don’t understand why I am like I am. Are there...There i...

View my complete profile. Stig of the Dump. The Skoog Farm Journal. Thursday, 29 January 2015. As you can see from the two photographs, we finally had our bit of winter snow -it settle to a depth of .oh, quite half an inch! It's now freezing hard! Sunday, 25 January 2015. Saturday, 24 January 2015. The maker's name is on the base, the owner's monogram and date is engraved of the side (not the side shown), so you can be quite specific about the date - guess the year when you think it was made. Whenever I ...

The Armoury: June 2015

View my complete profile. Stig of the Dump. The Skoog Farm Journal. Tuesday, 30 June 2015. I think that Crowbard and Rog have sorted out my problem regarding the folding blunderbuss for me. Above is a photo of the nearside of the blunderbuss with the belt hook showing. The belt hook looks (and works) like an enlarged fountain pen clip. Monday, 29 June 2015. The blunderbuss illustrated above is one I bought last week. It is not, in one sense, a 'mystery object'. But there is one feature of it that...And t...

View my complete profile. Stig of the Dump. The Skoog Farm Journal. Tuesday, 31 March 2015. Found meself wondering, over the last few days, why the place has such a hot house feeling to it, and realised it is because of the flowers given by our youngsters to Ann to help celebrate last week's birthday. They look , and smell, wonderful; and appear to be lasting well. Saturday, 28 March 2015. Above shows Ann's younger brother David, and his wife, Mo (Maureen). They arrived a little late, full of apologi...

View my complete profile. Stig of the Dump. The Skoog Farm Journal. Friday, 31 July 2015. Saturday, 25 July 2015. This blog entry records the last of the Scandinavian holiday snaps. Above is a snapshot of the beach of the 'Swimming Lake' near Nea's farm house. This area of the beach seems to be covered with clover flowers, which, in the sand, give a rather pretty effect. Fairly typical North west Swedish Church, with separate bell chamber. Nea driving into Norway. The journey was fairly uneventful. Back ...

The Armoury: November 2014

View my complete profile. Stig of the Dump. The Skoog Farm Journal. Friday, 28 November 2014. Thursday, 27 November 2014. Been, so far, a very busy week. On Tuesday we motored to London in the morning. Parked at Liz's, then by tube to Bonham's in Knightsbridge where we viewed their Arms and Armour sale - very large one -596 lots! Probably, just been rereading him). Do other bloggers find that their reading matter is then reflected in the style of their blog a little? Monday, 24 November 2014. In the mean...
