We don’t travel all together in a coach but go in cars, sometimes sharing if needed/possible to reduce cost. Are visits self-funded or subsidised? There are organisational meetings throughout the year, as necessary, to which all members are invited. This will be a Special General Meeting as one of the agenda items will be a proposed constitution, which in turn includes a section stating that any revision etc to the constitution needs to be carried out at a Special General Meeting. The Lydney and District Twinning. Was formed in June 1991 with the aim of fostering friendships and the exchange of cultures between the residents of our district and those of Bréhal,.
