The girls had a great time with Grammy and PopPop and we were happy to have a few extra sets of hands to help manage the kids. Eilee took this picture and I think it is the best of them all! Us (actually, mostly just Eilee and Aveline) and our life. Sunday, June 30, 2013. On June 21st, Dave and I celebrated our 10 year anniversary. My parents were visiting from Arizona, so we decided to take a little weekend trip to Dubuque IA, sans kids. Life on the Mississippi. Place Elevator Company - The world's shortest, steepest scenic railway. About to cruise down the Mississippi in a paddle boat. A beautiful B&B sitting on the bluffs overlooking the whole city. Zip lining at the YMCA.

Us (actually, mostly just Eilee and Aveline) and our life. Saturday, July 11, 2015. The girls had a combined birthday party this year with the theme of Under the Sea and Ninja Turtles. The backyard was flooded from all of the storms that weekend, but we lucked out with clear skies during the party. It started after we noticed an advertisement for the movie at one of our local movie theaters. Dave checked out their website (. And learned they had an Indiegogo campaign.
