Born in England, Lynn Pearce grew up in a market town in Hampshire surrounded by farming pastures and local fishing ports. Village life was a strong influence in her early years and is still evident in her photographic work today. Moving to Sydney in 1977 with her family, Lynn worked at various picture framers learning the art of custom picture framing.
