Monthly Archives: July 2014. Paddle and swim time from day 2. There be Pirates on the river! U Fika our first overnight stop. More from day one on the river. Sorry for the delay no wifi. So we have completed 2 days of paddling with only 3 people so far taking a swim. We are now at Cesky Krumlov and have a rest day tomorrow looking around this UNESCO world heritage centre. Pics to follow. We are all doing well but looking forward to the rest from paddling tomorrow. What do Polar Bears do in a snow storm?

Day 1 on the river. We have only had one boat swim can you guess which 2 girls ended up. Going for a swim? The swimmers were Lucy and Caitlin. Breakfasts before we paddle. Being Sunday we visited one cathedral and two church’s. The church of St Barbara. Prague Segway tour and Image Theatre. We are all now in our hostel in Prague. Sorting out wet kit and sleeping ready to hit the town tomorrow! Friday, the long paddle. Every cloud had a silver lining, and the rain that had keep us all in camp all day on Thursday was our sliver lining.
