It is a good feeling to have to know when you have gotten someone to safety who was in need, or have made someone's day better when it could not get much worse.

The reason for my amusement is rather twisted; I am on immunosuppressants and have to have my white blood count routinely checked to ensure that it is not dangerously low. The last weight taken on those scales had me at 72kg, whereas the one a week before that put me at 73kg. In February, the same scales had put me at 65kg. These were all taken whilst I was fully dressed, fed, and hydrated. which adds about two or three kilograms.). My target is 80kg.
