蘋果在 iCloud 上測試 Notification. 最近你有登入 iCloud 嗎？如果你常登入的話，可能發現了一樣新東東，就是蘋果正在測試的 Notification。 MacRumors. 蘋果似乎要測試 iCloud 網站上的通知服務。當登錄到 iCloud.com 後測試的消息會出現在瀏覽器窗口的頂部。 在iOS5，蘋果推出了一個新的通知系統，並已宣布了類似的功能將會在今年夏天推出的 OSX Mountain 操作系統上出現。 蘋果可能會在 iCloud 同步，為日曆提醒和新郵件提供跨設備的通知，又或者通知可能會用於其他目的。 消息來源： Apple Testing Notifications on iCloud Website. 訂閱： 張貼留言 (Atom). Mac 的 Dock 是一件十分方便的工具，可以擺放常用的程式，又有超酷的視覺效果，既美觀又實用。可是所有的程式都放在一起，好像太擠迫了。它就好像是缺少了分類的功能，怎樣才能把相同性質的程式分組放在一起，令到 Dock 看起來更加整齊呢？這裡就有個小技巧可以試試了。 Defaults write com.apple.dock persistent-apps -array-add '{tile-data={}; tile-type="spacer-tile";}'. 然後 Dock 就會自己重新整理，在程式列的最右方多了一個空間。 你可以把這個空間當作一個間隔，把它拖放在你想要的地方。好像這樣，我把 Office 的程式隔開了。 如果我需要多幾過間隔怎麼辦？很簡單，在"終端機"重覆輸入第一個指令，最後才執行 " killall Dock. 65292;就可以獲得多幾個新的空間了。然後你就可以把它們移到想要的地方，把程式分開來。 這樣我就把 Dock 上的瀏覽器、Office、iLife等的程式分類了。 參考文章： Add a Dock Spacer to Your Mac. 原來DOS遊戲也可以在Mac上...

不要讓你的 Mac 睡著，給它喝 Caffeine 吧. 工作倦了可以喝杯咖啡提提神，令自己不會打瞌睡。原來 Mac 也有專為它而設的咖啡，就是一個名叫 Caffeine 的軟件。有了它就不怕你的 Mac 在等待你的時候突然關掉屏幕，又或是在看影片的時候屏幕突然變暗。 使用的方法十分簡單，執行後，在 menu bar 上就會看見它的小圖示（名副其實的是一個咖啡杯）。 不想 Mac 關掉屏幕的時候，按它一下。咖啡杯裡就裝滿了咖啡，表示你的 Mac 正在喝它，所以就不會睡著了。 要取消的話，再按它一下，咖啡杯就變空了。 還有，你可以在 Right Click 它，在 Preference 裡選擇在甚麼時候啟動，這樣你就不用每次都手動執行這麼麻煩了。 趁著五一勞動節（為甚麼要是這個節日？！），快送杯咖啡給你心愛的 Mac 吧！ 訂閱： 張貼留言 (Atom). 取消 Mac OSX 的彈性滾動. 如果您有用過 iOS 的話，一定會試過彈性滾動 (elastic scrolling)。就是當介面滾動到盡頭時，繼續滾動的話就會有拉過頭的效果。鬆開手後，介面即會像拉橡皮筋一樣彈回原位。這效果的確很過癮，這效果亦被移植到 Mac OSX 上，但可能就不是太對每個人的口味。如果您覺得這效果太花巧，想要取消它的話，其實不是沒辦法的。 先開啟「終端機」，輸入以下指令：. Defaults write -g NSScrollViewRubberbanding -bool false. 然後重新登入系統即可。這指令可使大部份的程式都取消彈性滾動的效果，唯獨 Safari 就不行。據說是因為 Safari 使用的是另一個環境設定，所以上面的指令就無效囉。 要重新開啟效果的話也很容易，在「終端機」輸入以下指令就可以了：.
