According to the latest Maine Green Independent Party minutes sent out by email, Pat LaMarche will be announcing her gubernatorial candidacy the Friday after Thanksgiving. Lamarche recieved 7% of the vote for governor in 1998 (allowing the Greens to regain ballot status) and was the vice-presidential candidate for the national Green Party in 2004.
