Sunday, August 9, 2015. Thank you to the students for a great two weeks of hard work, and to all the families and friends who came out to see the Premiere Performance on Friday. Special thanks to JA Alumni Caroline Burford. For helping at camp both weeks. Here is the typical weekly schedule once the school year begins:. Rehearsal 2:10 - 4:00. Rehearsal 2:10 - 3:00. 5:30 - 6:15 and 6:30 - 8:00. Rehearsal 2:10 - 4:00. Rehearsal 2:10 - 4:00. Any changes to the schedule will be updated in the blog each week.

Dinner purchase is not required to attend the performance; a portion of proceeds will be donated to the JA Band. Contact Vicki Tirman (tirman4@bellsouth.net). Rehearsals begin SATURDAY, 12/6 (12:00 - 6:00), and SUNDAY, 12/7 (2:00 - 6:00). Drill will be taught this weekend. MAIS CONCERT BAND CLINIC. Registration and payment deadline is December 10. Sunday, May 10, 2015. Happy Mothers Day to all our JA Band Family moms! We hope to see everyone at the Band Banquet Monday, May 11, beginning at 6:30 in the PAC Gallery. After dinner we will move to the auditorium for the yearly retrospective slide show, a special guest speaker, and recognition for all students, grades 6-12. Sunday, March 29, 2015. What a great weekend for the JA Band Program! The JA Concert Band had an outstanding performance on Friday, and the JA Winter Guard completed their undefeated season with an MIA Championship on Saturday. The JA Band impressed the crowd and judges with an excellent performance at the MAIS Concert Band Festival in the PAC on Friday.
