Sunday, August 14, 2011. The Meat and Wine CO. If you're a western person who EATS A LOT, here's a great place to go if you're in Melbourne CBD. It is located near Crown Casino, Melbourne. It can be easily spotted if you see MCD and 7-Eleven. PLEASE MAKE BOOKING if you're going on Friday or Saturday Night as it will be packed with people. Above the restaurant, there's a bar where many people would drink while waiting to be seated. Flame-grilled Butcher Skewer, $32 (Rate 4/5). Lamb Shanks, $28 (Rate 3/5).
