Diary of a Single Mama. Laquo; Samira Talking with Grandma! Snap Back: Post Pregnancy Weight Loss! On May 21, 2013. So last week I began to workout and eat healthy again. Last week when I began Weight Loss Journey 2.0 I needed to lose 40 pounds to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight. As of today, I need to lose 35.3 pounds, 4.7 pounds in one week…not bad!
