Tuesday, August 12, 2014. Something has been afoot here. Some shifts, some stresses, some changes, some serious. Changes, some summer weeks flying by as if they are rushing towards something unseen. A friend of mine e-mailed yesterday and described this summer as a doozy. Yes, oh yes, a doozy indeed. But then I remember a moment, or a day, or a special little trip and I realize that added together they have made our summer good. Not perfect, but good. In a doozyish kind of way. Labels: life as it is.

Thursday, May 31, 2012. Pallet to Patio Table. I know I have said it before, but I LOVE spring weather. I enjoy sitting out on the back patio drinking coffee and watching the kids play in the early morning. I have been wanting to get some patio furniture, but now I think I will just get a pallet. Amanda over at joy ever after. Used a pallet to make this patio table. That I absolutely LOVE! Thought that Redeeming Creation was good? He has redeemed them. And He can redeem you, too. Wednesday, February 6, 2013. C initiated our study of magnets this week. He has tested many things to see if they are magnetic. We have a collection of several types of magnets and he and J tested every one. Holding hematite magnet under the table to test magnetic pull.
