Now back to the immediate physical reason for my birthing exclamation: “I don’t think I can do this! 8221; Childbirth is excruciatingly painful (or as one mother I know so honestly summarized it: “it sucks”) yet, nobody talks about it. I mean nobody. Or any other time in the normal course of a 21st century mother’s pregnancy? Not nearly as much as it should, if it does at all.

Wednesday, April 4, 2018. Waffle flower lotus in watercolour. Thank you for joining me for my take on Bizzy Becs. Monthly anything goes challenge. My card today is simple and on Ranger watercolour paper. Watercolours used were Quinacridone Gold and Opera Pink for the flowers, and Perylene green and Cobalt green deep for the leaves. The background is a really light wash of Phthalo Turquoise. Some of the flowers are raised up on foam tape. Penny black: Happy Wishes. Don't forget to pop in to the Store.
