A Day in the Life of the Slauens! Tuesday, January 11, 2011. And the waiting begins. Well, I am in my 40th week! Hard to believe.where has the time gone? Looking back it seemed to go by so quickly! I am seeing the doctor every week - no progress yet. So the waiting continues. Some prints currently in my shop. I m based in Liverpool UK and I work across a number of mediums to produce hand pulled screen prints, collages and textile pieces. I enjoy the making process, exploring the interplay of pattern with colour and the layering of imagery. My work celebrates natural forms using a range of techniques and processes to create a distinctive style. I currently exhibit my work in galleries and through my online shop whilst continuing to work freelance teaching music to young people.
