Tuesday Night Dinners (Sunday night edition) – Steak w/ Baby Portabello-Gorgonzola sauce, Mershed Perderders, Mixed Veggies. March 4, 2012. Well, since I am recently employed (huzzah! I moved the usual Tuesday night dinner to Sunday for this week. The mashed potatoes and mixed veggies were pretty standard fare, I won’t bore you with recipes. I also will not presume to tell you how to cook your steak as everyone has their own way.
