The Brenchley Family: July 2010
http://brenchleyfam.blogspot.com/2010_07_01_archive.html
These are the days of our lives. Saturday, July 24, 2010. We always spend time in St George in the summer, I don't know why we go there the worst time of the year but we always do. Note to self, go to St George September through early June. We have learned that if you can get to the splash pad or water park by 10 am you can get a few hours of fun in before it gets too hot. We love the water park downtown St George, wish they had it when I was young. One of our summer traditions is to go to Tuachan. Every...

Five Schaffs: January 2010
http://fiveschaffs.blogspot.com/2010_01_01_archive.html
Tuesday, January 19, 2010. Sydney is Now Nine! How time flies by. Just a year ago we were in Utah planning for Sydney's baptism and trying to sell our home. Now we have been in New York for seven months and she is turning nine. Life was busy during her birthday week. I agreed to make cupcakes for her school class, but we bought this cake to celebrate at home. Sydney was so excited to take a birthday treat into her school class. I made 24 cupcakes and drove her to school the morning of her birthday...

Five Schaffs: October 2010
http://fiveschaffs.blogspot.com/2010_10_01_archive.html
Sunday, October 31, 2010. Hayden does not like to get messy, he never has, and he probably never will. So when Halloween rolls around and the children want to carve pumpkins, he can hardly stand the idea of touching the guts of a pumpkin. This year however, Michael forced him to pull out some of the guts on his own. It was pretty hysterical to witness because he was freaking out about it. Here are the children with their friends finishing up dinner. We had delicious chili and bread sticks. Then w...Once ...

It's the Popes!: July 2008
http://burleypopes.blogspot.com/2008_07_01_archive.html
Saturday, July 12, 2008. We have a temple! In the past, we've had to drive at least 2 hours to get to the temple. Now, I'm not complaining about that. I realize that MANY people live much farther than that from a temple. Our temple district has actually been the Logan Temple.a good 2 hours from Burley. We also have the Boise, Idaho Falls, Rexburg, and Ogden Temples within a 2 1/2 hour drive radius! Lucky, I know, but guess what! We now have the Twin Falls Temple 35 minutes away!
