Wednesday, October 15, 2008. Ellie has her ears pierced! We went to the mall on Friday, October 3rd and had them done. They are so cute! I am so glad we did it! We did white gold diamonds instead of her birthstone (emerald) because they match everything. I love her smile! She look very, very happy! October 15, 2008 at 5:05 PM.

Monday, November 30, 2009. Yours, Mine, and Ours. I'm sure you are all aware of the wedding that took place in July. Well, combining the two families has really been a unique experience. The families seem to do well together and get along for the most part. Thanksgiving was an adventure because we had to turn the table so it was diagnol in the dining room to get enough seats for everyone. It was really quite neat! Thanks to Tia and Dad who got all of the food prepared with a little help from everyone else.

Sunday, January 27, 2008. DJ's Trip to Mexico. DJ recently had the opportunity to go to Puerta Vallarta, Mexico with his friend Charles Dixon and his parents. They left on Saturday, January 19 and got back late January 26. He said he had fun parasailing, and snorkling, among other activities. "It's really different from our family because we didn't eat out of an ice chest and ate out every night! They had three miles of zip lines through the rain forests. Sunday, April 13, 2008. Jeff yelled and Jillian lifted it a tiny bit higher while holding some fingers to her head. Laughingly, Jessica asks "Are you okay? Crying, Jillian didn't answer but pulled her fingers away to look at them. Blood covered, she stood up and everyone jumped into action while laughing and joking. Monday, June 8, 2009. As I'm sure you have all heard by now, Jeffrey is officially engaged to Tia Lamb. I know there are those of you that expected Jordanne to be the next one married, but it's not her turn yet! The Saturday he proposed, us kids spent the day getting everything ready for him. We spray painted a huge 30 ft. sign that simply said, "Tia, will you marry me? The date is set for July 18 of this year. But, as I said before, it is for the benefit of both families!
