Saturday, April 28, 2012. She was very proud of her hard work. As part of thier assignments they had to write and illustrate a legend. The Legend of the Magic Flower. Every day was burning hot. There were lots of animals and plants, but there was one flower that could heal the worst diseases. It was the last one of its kind until the seed fell. Everybody who got it forgot everything they ever knew. The people who lived were sad too because the princess had got it. They tried to make her remember ...It wa...

http://kamsmith.blogspot.com/2012/05/hershey-track.html
Thursday, May 3, 2012. Yesterday Kayla had the opportunity to participate in Hershey track. For the past 6 weeks the classes have been running to practice for the "track meet". Kayla decided to run the 100 meters. Whenever she would talk about running she would refer to it as " Hershey Track. Example: "I'm so excited to be running in Hershey track.". Or "I can't wait until it's Hershey Track.". It made me giggle. She was a bit nervous (and shocked). She claimed it was "the best day of my life!

Our life, our love, our family: July 2011
http://kamsmith.blogspot.com/2011_07_01_archive.html
Thursday, July 28, 2011. Well, the plant must of heard me say that I was going to yank it because look what it grew as a defense to being yanked out. Somehow that weird and ugly looking plant grew a beautiful flower. The picture doesn't do justice to how pretty the color was. I think it's some sort of lily, someone correct me if I'm wrong, and I have NO. Memory of planting it. It's in a weird place, way too close to the hose spout and the house and window well and I KNOW. Tuesday, July 19, 2011. Miss Mai...

http://kamsmith.blogspot.com/2012_01_01_archive.html
Tuesday, January 31, 2012. This is what happens when your 3 years old wakes up at 2:30 in the morning and doesn't go back to sleep until 4:30 (I should know, I was awake. Well, more or less awake with her). And has to wake up at 7:00 so she could come with me to Anna's class. Poor Miss Maiya's has fallen asleep on the floor and it's about 10:45(ish). I have a feeling that it's going to be a very L-O-N-G. Saturday, January 28, 2012. I saw this on a friends blog and thought it was too funny not to share!

Looks like we'll be having peas for dinner! Thursday, June 23, 2011. Everyone take a look! Kayla is finally riding on two wheels! She was getting worried that she was to old (she's 8). We went to the church parking lot Monday night and she just rode and rode! Feeling quite proud of herself! Wednesday, June 22, 2011.

Wednesday, April 27, 2011. Peanut butter and "BUNNY" sandwich. Anna asked for a peanut butter and honey sandwich and Ben created this masterpiece. Thursday, April 21, 2011. I didn't think so either, but this pictures tells me otherwise. As part of my "spring-cleaning" I de-junked, cleaned and organized our bedroom closet and discovered all these empty hangers. Now, if a hanger is empty than it's not living up to it's full potiential, right? So I guess it's my duty. To fill them with new clothes. It seems...
