I still will never forget how we lost the very first pictures of Nicholas, the ones right after he was born, because our laptop and a malfunction with the camera. Technology is never perfect. Thursday, February 25, 2010. So this weekend Matt and I decided to go watch a fun BYU-Idaho tradition. Pond Skimming. For any of you who do not know what this is let me explain. So Matt and I decided to go watch this crazy event on Friday of last week, unfortunately they ended an hour and a half before they said they were going to so Matt and I only got to see a couple of the people attempt it. It was still a lot of fun though! This is the hill and the "pond" that the event takes place on.

I have huge gaping holes in this blog. because I already backed up most of my pics onto our external HD and removed them from this computer. A task for another day. maybe. making no promises here. And I got a different calling: cub committee chair. So I am trying to learn the world of cub scouts. 2 weeks, 6 games, he LOVED it!
