Sure, I can spare a minute. Wednesday, February 13, 2013. I believe I have realized how my insomnia ties in to my life. Sometimes I am nostalgic, sometimes I am focused on current events, sometimes I am focused on things like school, literature, quotes, song lyrics that make me think, a theory that I've come up with, etc. When I am not alone, I have other people to distract my brain and the interaction with others allows for less of my thoughts of my own to run through my heads.
