As I sit in my hotel in Boise following a mildly successful Google Hangout into Alan Boss’s class tonight, I am quite surprised at the depth this course has taken so far in my life. I challenged Alan to convince me that his class could help my business (i.e. any place I worked) to make more money. I am convinced that he has met my challenge tonight. Me and my fam'. December 8, 2012. Today I took the kids down to Seattle to listen to Rebecca’s choir concert. Great fun was had by all (most of the time, anyway). The choir sounds great and there is a new men’s group that was totally awesome tonight! It was a kids concert, so it was lively and things were a little loud and there were multiple instances of kids being dragged outside in tantrums. Quite nice. When we first got there we enjoyed some FABULOUS pizza made by the one and only Marni. For those of you who don't know, she is the pizza master! The one I try to be. Trying to see a miracle in each new day. Tuesday, September 30, 2014. Owen's birth story, 9 1/2 months later. I was scheduled to go into the hospital to be induced the morning of December 18th, 2013. I was 39 weeks pregnant. I was more than ready to not be pregnant anymore, and since Owen is our last baby, have one last labor and delivery. He was born, screaming, at 7:47pm. Finally. 7lbs5oz and 20 inches, making him my 2nd heaviest baby, but my 2nd shortest. And we are so in love. Friday, August 1, 2014.
