I wish I could have had some video of the kids playing together so well and just being entertained all day, but our video camera is not holding a charge. I bought a new battery, but it still doesn't want to work unless it's plugged in, (and I somehow misplaced the cord), so I didn't bring it : ( But I took A LOT of pictures : ). Carter was so cut...

They had another Day of Play for kids really close to us.it was still quite hot, but we ran into some friends, so the kids were content to stay. I wanted to walk around and see everything, but they just wanted to hang out with their friends.so we went along with them. This year it actually went pretty smoothly :-). We started off pretty casual, letting the kids just be themselves. (Cameron is on the left, Carter's in the middle). Everyone is all smiles! The end of the first quarter is in just a couple of weeks. I can't get over how much older she seems this year. This was the same day.after a trip into the pharmacy to see everyone : ) We decided to try another dog park.by the ocean again. When the sun is out, it is SO beautiful here.and it was just so peaceful here too. The kids loved running around in the tall grass and picking flowers. Can you see them hiding? Beautiful view of the bay. So much green, I love it! Gotta love blue skies : ). I love this picture of her! The kids LOVE Hovander.

Sharing our memories with our families and friends. Tuesday, January 10, 2012. Cooling Off with Friends. Since it stays warm well into November here, even the zoo has splash pads to cool off in. I took the kids back in October with some friends. I think the kids spent a good majority of the time here, at the stingray bay. This splash pad area is really neat.they have a cave and a couple little slides.the kids just kept going around and around. The boys liked this little stream that went around the outside.

Sharing our memories with our families and friends. Monday, February 14, 2011. Its become a tradition that we do Thanksgiving, my sister does Christmas Eve and my Mom does Christmas Day. At my sister's the kids sit at this little picnic table (My Mom has one too and so do we.). The kids were saying hip-hip-hooray.I don't. Remember why.maybe because it was. I still think about the blog a lot, but I'm just overwhelmed being a single parent with three very active kids. Roman is here this weekend, so a little of the pressure is off. Of course we hadn't brought bathing suits with us, so the kids just went in their clothes. They liked standing on the sprays and then letting them shoot up : ) Carter is flashing his cute little grin here.
