Thursday, January 26, 2012. We then worked on turning a single sentence conclusion into a full paragraph. Once the paper was complete, they jazzed them up! Word Choice) The thesaurus helped us spice it up by adding super synonyms for ordinary or overused words. We also inserted adjectives to make them more descriptive. Sunday, October 28, 2012. We had two very special guests come to our classroom this week to teach us more about our eyes and ears. The students are currently learning about these topics in health, so it was a perfect way to extend our knowledge. Mary's dad shared many interesting facts about our eyes and what he does to help people see clearly again. The students were very inquisitive and learned a lot!
