One problem, every spring as the snow recedes, we see all the litter and garbage people throw on the sides of our roads, in the parking lots, and even on our front lawns. I was inspired to do this blog after reading "Julie and Julia". Although the Julia on my blog isn't Julia Child, it's my mom. My mom was a working mom who managed to put a delicious and nutritious home-cooked meal on the table every night. My goal over the next year is to cook a new meal at least three times a week for my family. Wish me luck.
