All of our hard work and time seemed to pay off today when we were able to serve fresh spinach with tahini dipping sauce to 6 classrooms for snack. On this second tasting it was a different beer. The sharpness had gone out of it, still fruity but without the bitterness. A very nice balance of hops and fruit from start to finish.
