Which I have to admit I like a little bit better, but this variation is pretty darn good too! 1 lb diced and peeled butternut squash. 2 red bell peppers. 1 cup chopped carrot. 1 medium red onion.

It's a chocolatey, rich and yummy cupcake with coffee in the batter and a swirl of cocoa frosting on top. What does this have to do with September weddings and Foodie Friends, you say? 1-1/2 C all purpose flour. 1/3 C cocoa powder.

That comment hit home as I was not a big fan of lettuce myself and it made me realize I did like all the other things you could put in a bowl and splash with dressing. Essentially, cornbread is cubed and baked into sweet/savory croutons. Fifteen to 20 minutes at 425 with a hit of Broil at the end and mine were golden and crunchy. 1/2 T lemo...

Speaking of satisfied, something else orange, as well:. Recipe for Orange Cream Scones. 2-1/2 C. all-purpose flour. 1/2 C plus 2 T. sugar, divided. 2 t baking powder. 1/2 C butter, cut into pieces. 1 T orange zest. 1/2 C mandarin oranges, drained well. 1/2 t vanilla powder. 2 T orange juice.
