http://burrohall.blogspot.com/2014/10/un-pozole-del-burro-hall.html

While we were out of the country (with an air-tight alibi, and the credit card receipts to prove it), one of our neighbors in this quiet little peaceful paradise, Hector Beltran Leyva, of the famous Beltran Leyva Beltran Leyvas, was arrested on charges of being Hector Beltran Leyva. He had been living openly here in our completely non-corrupt little state, much like Osama bin Laden in Abbottabad. Querétaro's attorney general, Arsenio Durán Becerra, says...

http://mexico-mystic.blogspot.com/2009/01/immigration.html
Happenings in the Central Highlands of Mexico. News, celebrations, Customs and basic ideas on how to survive here. Tuesday, January 13, 2009. Just got back from the Immigration Office. Got a new FM2 visa. They tell me I can be Naturalized in 2 years, and I will go for it as that will be the end of yearly visits to Immigration and yearly visa payments. It cost me about $340 bucks this year. We are about to embark on a new FM3 for Anita - hope it goes as well. January 26, 2009 at 12:35 PM.

As I was sitting in the waiting room of the United States consulate here in Merida, something caught my eye. Taped awkwardly to the bare white wall behind the cashier’s window was a printout of the photo to the left, paired with this scripture from the New Testament:. 8211; Matthew 11:28. I nervously passed some hushed jokes back and forth wit...

A Colloquy with God. Sir Thomas wrote as a preface: "This is the dormative I take to bedward; I need no other Laudanum than this to make me sleep; after which I close my eyes in security content to take my leave of the sun and sleep unto the resurrection". The night is come like to the day. Depart not Thou Great God away. Let not my sins, black as the night,. Eclipse the luster of Thy light. Keep still in my horizon, for me,. The sun makes not the day, but Thee. Thou whose nature cannot sleep,. I was bor...

Sunrise, Sunset.Dawn to Dusk. The twilight hours are further characterized by the amount of degrees that the center of the sun is below the horizon. The first of these, Civil Twilight, is the one that most people are familiar with. One important feature of Civil Twilight is that it defines our laws that govern illumination such as street lights and automotive headlights. Eat and drink until the white thread becomes distinct to you from the black thread of dawn". The Holy Qur'an, Surah al-Baqara, verse 187.

A picture for the Yelapenses - a view of the bay taken from the road from Chacala. Click here for a map of Cabo Corrientes. To all others, let it be known the road is impassable part of the year and does not go all the way into Yelapa. There are no cars in Yelapa. Thank you, thank you - to all of you have responded to this blog. I am amazed when I look at the Google Analyti...
