HRMS 9.1 offers some great new features, including enhanced paycheck self service for employees with direct access to their "printer friendly" advice. Oracle did a nice job with this feature by storing the employee advice data as XML in the system, and then providing an XML publisher report to provide presentation to the employees. There are a couple drawbacks to how Oracle has implemented this functionality however. This is what I did:.
