I’ve been riding a wave of PRs lately, so I moved up to 240, 250, and 255. 255 is a 10# PR. 2a) 5XME Kipping HSPU (regionals standard) NO REST. 2b) 5 3 Push Press heaviest possible, rest 2:00 minutes. 135, 155, 165, 170, 185F (155×3). It took some time to feel this out. 3b) 5x100m Sprints rest 60 sec.
