Tofu is made from soy ( just in case you did not know that) and has many health benefits associated with decreased cancer risk and cardiovascular disease. It is also low in saturated fat and is a complete protein. Tofu is like salmon.or maybe like many foods people claim to not like.find a recipe that works! Tofu is best if marinated THEN baked THEN tossed in last minute to whatever you want to eat it in.

They are really just a form of meatloaf that is made into a patty. I have combined her recipe and Ina Garten's ( The Barefoot Contessa) turkey meatball recipe for a delicious healthful burger (or meatball). 1 cup bread crumbs, (made from couple slices bread, torn up and moistened with 1/4-1/3 cup milk or chicken broth( moist not wet). 1 egg or 2 egg whites.
