Rome'in: Terraglie Dappertutto
http://romeinitalia.blogspot.com/2007/10/terraglie-dappertutto.html
The times and travels of una ragazza a Roma e in Europa. Thursday, October 11, 2007. We were taken to the pottery lab to explore the post-excavation work that is done on sherds found around Rome. There we met with an expert who explained the fabrics of pottery from various regions and told us that the post excavation work takes almost ten times as long as the fieldwork for most digs. The abundance of pottery remains in Rome (and anywhere for that matter) is due to their enduring nature; they can not be m...

http://romeinitalia.blogspot.com/2007/10/una-festa-del-cioccolato.html
The times and travels of una ragazza a Roma e in Europa. Sunday, October 21, 2007. Una Festa del Cioccolato. Chocolate rocks my world. Thanks to the Italian Culture Club, a bus of AUR students was able to go to the EuroChoc Festival. I have never seen so much chocolate in my life. After taking the ChocoTrain. And over 20 other nations. So with bags in hand and chocolate in my stomach, I got back on the Chocotrain and returned to Rome. Click the picture link below for more photos. Una Festa del Cioccolato.

A Depressing Feature of the Third World | Adam Goes to Egypt
https://ashafferauc.wordpress.com/2007/12/15/a-depressing-feature-of-the-third-world
Adam Goes to Egypt. He’s going. You wanna know what he does. A Depressing Feature of the Third World. December 15, 2007 in Life in Cairo. In another instance of “do as much as I can before I leave next week,” we decided to head to the Giza Zoo, if only for the reason of playing with lion cubs. Yes, with a little bribing (i.e. 10 LE) we can hold a lion cub and take photos with it. We also got to play with some monkeys and feed some other animals. Fun? We walked around a little more, got mobbed by little E...

Sotto il Cielo di Roma! | Adam Goes to Egypt

Adam Goes to Egypt. He’s going. You wanna know what he does. Sotto il Cielo di Roma! December 25, 2007 in Travel. Well more like a couple nights… whatever. Making flight reservations seven months ahead of time can be both good and bad for several reasons. Clearly, the earlier you book reservations, the cheaper it will be but who knows seven months later what will actually occur during the semester and how home sick one will become. After dinner, we went to Campo de Fiori, a nightlife area right near wher...
