Whole Wheat Soft Pretzels. 4 cups white whole wheat flour, divided. 4 1/2 tablespoons butter, melted. 4 1/2 tablespoons non fat powdered milk. 1 tablespoon milled flax seed 3 tablespoons hot water. 1 cup unbleached all-purpose flour. 1 1/3 cups hot water (not boiling). 1 egg white 1 tablespoon water. Just Another Day In Paradise. Tuesday, January 25, 2011. Finally getting around to posting this awesome recipe for those of you that have asked for it. Sorry it took so long! 3/4 lb lean ground turkey. 1 medium onion, chopped. 1 medium green bell pepper, chopped. 2 small cans or 1 large can diced tomatoes. 1 8-oz can tomatoes sauce. 1 16-oz canned pumpkin. 1 can red beans. 1 can pinto beans. 1 4-oz can diced green chilies. 1 tablespoon chili powder. 2 teaspoons garlic powder. 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice.

We have adapted to life with a) a kindergartner b) me working outside the home c) cloth diapers, homemade laundry soap and other new frugal attempts to save money d) discovering, embracing and accepting very personal truths no matter how unpopular and difficult they can be.
