Monday, July 28, 2014. Double the Indulgence - 10 at Claymore, Pan Pacific Orchard. I've always loved buffets, international ones especially. I love the variety and varsity of the spreads - from the cold seafoods to grilled meats and of course, my favourite, desserts. I'm always so spoilt for choices! However, quality can't be neglected and just recently, Cheryl and I had the pleasure to savour some quality buffet food at 10 at Claymore, Pan Pacific Orchard. And boy, was I honestly, pleasantly surprised.

It's full of surpises! Review] Old School Delight Cafe. Sorry for the hiatus yet again! My life has been prettybusy with work and bits and pieces of other stuff. There are a lot changes made to my life recently. I hope that it’s all good for the future. Yesterday I made some time to meet up with Yan. Monday, March 30. Media Invitation] Launch of Eggs and Berries' New Menu. Was invited to a media tasting: Launch of Eggs and Berries' New Menu at Westgate last Tuesday Evening! This cafe is cosy with a rather good ambiance. A great combination of garden greens, crab meat, cherry tomatoes and other ingredients in one dish. It tasted quite decent though I felt that the more salad dressing should been included for better tasting experience. Basil and Prosciutto Di Parma. Passion Fruit and Banana Souffle.

Un peu de sirop. Mélanger les petits suisses avec un peu de sucre. Couper 2 abricots 1/2 en petits morceaux et les insérer. Broyer un boudoir et l'insérer aux petits suisse. Dans une assiette mettre un peu de sirop (goût au choix, ici prune) avec un peu d'eau. Et décorer avec le reste d'abricot. Panna Cotta au café.
