My name is Mia Turner-Whitley and I am a Facilitator, Professional Speaker and an Author. I have been in the Call Center industry for over 20 years. I have worked primarily in the Learning and Development area in Prescription Benefit Management. I have had a great deal of success in the many areas I have worked in and decided I wanted to branch out and offer my own services from MIASpeaks. As the saying goes, despise not small beginnings.
