The town is in the process of rebuilding almost 100 years later. Things move slowly in tiny towns with very little money. Many of the restored buildings are empty, the ones that are occupied are antique and art galleries. I missed the April in Paris Wine and Art Festival by one day. Bad planning on my part. Maybe.
