Tuesday, February 15, 2011. Big news for the Vick family! Dj has been announced as the next senior pastor of Eastside Foursquare Church here in Bothell. This is the same church we have been serving at for almost 11 years. The transition will take place in June (father's day weekend) and we are very excited about this opportunity. Sunday, April 17, 2011. Left to his own devices at church.Eli discovered Kleenex! He loved to rip it and eat it.I thought the Big girls were watching him.Dj was talking to people after church and I was running to the car super fast. I guess super fast just isn't fast enough. Wednesday, January 26, 2011. December 2010 and January 2011. Well obviously my goal of getting up at least 2 blogs a month didn't happen from November - but here's to trying again. :). Our family had an awesome Christmas and New Years. We were very busy, but didn't have any less fun because of it. Tuesday, January 25, 2011. Eli, now 7 months, is on the slow track for food initiations! All I know for sure is he loves to nurse.and loves to eat.but he does not share his mothers love for Avocados :( Sadly! Makayla is starting a new and crazy world of girl drama at school.for that I pray for her daily.and hang with her even more. Oh How I wish it would snow one more time before spring :). Oooooohhhh man.the kids are getting so big so fast! I can hardly believe how smart and wonderful they are.

Monday, April 19, 2010. Here's Kai with Sadiyah, Martay and Robert. Quincy is one of Kai and Kolbie's friend. We watched Quincy when he was a baby, and he and Kai have a special little bond. They love to wrestle and run around with eachother. The wind was blowing but we got the cake lit and blown out all at the same time. It was great timing. Here are a few pics of the show. :). That is a real man narrating in the left hand corner. Just to give you perspective on how actually big the dinosaurs were.

Monday, July 23, 2012. 4th of July 2012. Each year we go to Ray and Carole Grove's home on Angle Lake and have so much fun! The water was so chilly, so Mike let Malia stand on the windboard holding up one side of their dock, and she would kick and splash and dip her head in and whip it back up. I love these two. Monday, June 21, 2010. Day Trip to Bonneville Dam. On June 12, 2010 mom and dad came up from Salem and we took the kids to Bonneville Dam. It was free fishing day for kids under the age of 12 and the event was held by the Department of Fish and Wildlife, which is dad's stomping grounds. He knew MANY of the people volunteering to help at the event. When you walked around you could see the channels in which the fish had to go through to get through to the river. Saturday, May 1, 2010. She has her spurts of energy and play time, but is still a puppy at only 8 wks, so she is tired out soon. She has provided a great play mate and disctraction for Abbie, who at times I don't think she really knows what to think of her.
