http://kushmoma.blogspot.com/2012_04_01_archive.html
Friday, 20 April 2012. Hi everyone. I know that I haven't posted anything for like . well. ages. I can only make super sincere apologies and hope that I will be forgiven. Good news is that I've had a go at something new (new for me anyway). I made some lipstick! It really is quite nice too. It feels really creamy but not greasy and it has some staying power too. Well here it is. And here is how it looks on some lips. I will post the recipe later on. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Redondos, ¿sí o no? Simple ...

Tales From The Soap Side: July 2012
http://kushmoma.blogspot.com/2012_07_01_archive.html
Friday, 6 July 2012. Just made a few new gable boxes. I think matching soap boxes would be perfect. Not sure whether to go for pillow boxes or rectangular ones? Bouquet Marble - CUT BARS. Just cut these this morning. Will probably need at least a 6-8 week cure due to the humid weather. Sunday, 1 July 2012. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Redondos, ¿sí o no? Los jabones redondos no se suelen ver demasiado. Predominan los rectangulares. ¡Pero qué bonitos son! Me gustan mucho a. Tale of a Mermaid.

Tales From The Soap Side: July 2011

Tuesday, 19 July 2011. Went to the Miro exhibition at the Tate Modern recently. Was overwhelmed by Miro's use of colour. The colours are so vibrant and I love the way he used concentric circles in many of his paintings. So I was inspired. I had a failed batch of Lemon Verbena lying around. Failed in that the soap traced so fast, instead of getting delicate swirly patterns I ended up with a mould full of blobbyness. Need less to say "waste not want not.". I also made some hearts.
