After riding away from the flats on top of the land rover, we were brought to some amazing rock structures. Next, we rode to the main event, the highest, biggest salt flat in the world, the Salar de Uyuni!

A few days ago, a group of international travelers and I hired a guide to take us on a day trip to this wildlife refuge. It is the capital city of Bolivia, 3660 meters or 11,913feet above sea level, making it the highest capital city in the world. Gasp.
