Zit niet lekker in mijn vel.last van mijn nek en schouders. Voel me steeds boos. angstig. kan niet stoppen met piekeren.altijd zo moeonrustig.kan me moeilijk ontspannen.steeds weer hoofdpijn.buikpijn.slapeloosheid.weet niet goed wat ik voel of wat ik wil. rugpijn.kan geen ‘nee’ zeggen mijn relatie loopt nietvoel me onzeker.
