July 30, 2011. This weekend we have Marks parents coming in for a few days and I'm really excited to have them here. For a few reasons - its always a great time w/ them. I really honestly truly love my in laws. Its always a nice time to have them here and the girls love seeing their Nana and Papa! August 9, 2011. A good friend of mine and her husband just got back from a nice little vacation - just the two of them! In Jamaica. When I heard they were going I was a lot jealous. Mark and I went to Jamaica for our Honeymoon and while we were there I said we should come back for our 5th year anniversary. We had Olivia instead. We enjoyed a week at Couples Resort Jamaica. August 12, 2011. This is a big weekend in our house. Its been talked about at least once every day for the last few week. March 31, 2011. I've said it a few times, I use to think that I was open and accepting of a lot. Being a mom now I draw a line much sooner than I use to, and I'm not nearly as accepting as I thought I was. Not that I think that the way I parent is the best or greatest or the only way to do it - I know for sure that its not! May 31, 2011. What a nice time it was! There were no bbqs to attend, no beach to relax on, or enjoy, and nothing too exciting to speak of. But time spent w/ my hubby, and two girls was good enough. We hit up the park not once but twice, and of course Kaia enjoyed playing in the water both times. I don’t think I’ve had a “girls weekend getaway” since college. And while we had did have one dude with us, it was the most enjoyable company!
